Sizing and Cropping Images in Gimp
If you do not have photoshop to re-size your images, try using Gimp.
Gimp is a free open-source image editor.
To re-size an image:
Download Gimp and install it.
File >> Open
Navigate to the image you want to re-size
and click Open button.
Image >> Scale image
set both x and y resolution to 72
and then set longest side of the image to the desired size longest measurements
click scale button
Now to crop the image so it is the correct proportion :
From the rulers, drag down a guide to the precise measurement of the second shorter side. Note: there is an exact location coordinate at the bottom of the window.
Select the crop icon in your tool box
Click and drag box to the correct proportion and
let go.
and click on the image to crop.
Check back at
Image >> Scale image window
to make sure you have the correct proportions and resolution.
Save as a new document.

Log into the back end.
Go to: Components >> Xmap
Find Options drop down menu >> Preferences
Under Sitemap's URL , find XML SiteMap and click on its corresponding address.
A page opens up with all your sites url information.
Copy the address at the top of the page (looks like http//:yourdomain.com/.......)
and submit to any Search engine in this format.
For Yahoo!, Ask.com and Bing (Live.com): Go to
http://www.sitemapwriter.com/notify.php and paste address into input box.

How to edit an existing link
When you have a link set up and you want to change it, it is first very important to break the old link before you try to re-link it.
Select the link, and hit the break link icon.
Once you break the link, select the text, click add link icon and type in the URL that you want to link to. Then click the Insert button at the bottom left of the small window. That window will close and your link will be highlighted.

Finally, make sure you save the entire article by clicking the Save button at the top right of the article when you are done.
If you fail to save this last step all your changes will be lost.
