Web Projects

Our Process

We use a variety of interactive techniques to develop the overall design and structure of the site. We will guide you as you consider what you want your site to do and how you want it to look.

First, we produce a selection of design mockups for your approval, including proposed content (whether supplied by you or written by a member of our creative team). We work closely with you to produce and edit mockups, using your feedback and securing your approval at each step.

We then assemble a team of creative artists, writers, and coders to organize your site and produce the highest quality visual and verbal content as well as interactive functionality.

We then test your site with sample audiences, collect the information from these user-focus groups, and make any adjustments to the site.

These are some of the sites we have created: each one has unique features and each is designed to reach a different target audience.

Client: Mila Collaborative
Published Date: 2010
Application: Joomla CMS including at community forum JomSocial.

Content management website developed for communication consulting team based in Providence, RI. The client had already worked independently with a designer to create a logo and graphic identity. This project required careful collaboration with the client as well as their graphic designer. The site primarily functions as an adjunct to the client’s marketing strategy, providing further information to potential customers after first contact is made via personal networking.

Client: Filipino American Coalition for Environmental Solidarity
Published Date: 2010
Application: Joomla CMS

Redesign and development of a content management system for a non-profit volunteer environmental group based in San Francisco, CA. Client has the ability to edit content, post photo galleries, and manage registered users. The client uses these functions to raise awareness and organize constituents around their mission to preserve and protect the environment. The client also uses their web presence as a fundraising tool since visitors are able to make donations directly from the site.

Client: Ben Davidow
Published Date: 2010
Application: Static Website with Impact Counter

Design and development of a interactive website for a nation-wide college audience. The client needed to reach their target audience and encourage them to take action immediately by making a pledge to “go veg” for a specified amount of time. The audience was able to immediately see what their pledge meant in terms of environmental impact. It was also critical to provide a precise count of website visitors. We worked with PHP developer Lorrie Reece to develop and test interactivity.

Client: Susan Gabriela-Spura
Published Date: 2008
Application: Static Website

Design and development of painter Susan Gabriela-Spura's professional website to exhibit her portfolio of work. As a fine artist, this client needed a website that would have an attractive design, but one that would not overshadow the function of the site itself: to highlight her work as an artist. The look of this site needed to target a specialized audience of art collectors, individual buyers, and gallery owners from around the world.
