Traditionally the Italian term “decorum “ was to describe the blend between imagination and the real that we come to associate with figurative artist’s style in describing the body.  In addition the “Blends” exercise is inspired surrealist game of the “Exquisite Corpse” to develop alternative ways of thinking about human body and transforming the human body into pure metaphor.
